Privacy Policy

Who we are
SolutionYoursGroup ("we", "us") develops mobile applications for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to information when you use our apps and this website. Questions: contact@solutionyours.com.
The short version
- We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Our apps do not require an account, and we do not operate a user database of our own.
- Content you create (cards, lists, drafts, reports, diary entries) is stored on your device, and in your own iCloud if you enable it.
- When you ask for an AI result, the content needed for that result is sent to our processing service, used once, and not retained for training.
- We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage and fix crashes.

AI processing
Several of our apps use third-party AI models to generate results. When you request a result:
- The minimum content needed (for example a photo, a list, or a topic) is transmitted securely to our processing service, which forwards it to the model provider.
- Results are returned to your device. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not keep it after the request completes.
- Model providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose providers that do not train on API content.
- You can use the apps without AI features at any time by simply not requesting a result.
Diagnostics and analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to see which features are used and to find the cause of crashes. These services may collect a device identifier, product interaction data and diagnostic data. We do not use this information to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not combine it with your content.
Children
Our apps are rated 4+ and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because we do not operate accounts or store your content on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to hand over or delete. You keep full control: deleting an app removes its on-device data, and disabling iCloud for an app removes its synced copy. If you believe we hold information about you, write to contact@solutionyours.com and we will act within 30 days. See Data deletion.
Subscriptions and payments
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
